After you book your Fitness Assessment, your new Personal trainer will collect needed information and tailor the best workout program, that will be highly effective, but also comfortable for you and most important safe for your health.
As you know, you didn't put that weight on overnight. Therefor you will need to trust us and give us some time to help you take those pounds off for good. At the beginning with our whole body workout and nutritional tips, you will boost your metabolism and start burning more calories, that is essential for weigh-loss. Then, with added strength training, muscles will start burning even more calories and then you will see some big changes. Your will start loosing fat and start shaping your new fit and lean figure. Body re-shaping & Toning

If you have already reached or maintained your perfect weight, but looking to get that nice toned lean muscles that will give your body a perfect shape, then this is a program for you.
Toned implies leanness in the body (low levels of body fat), noticeable muscle definition and shape, but not significant muscle size ("bulk").
Body toning sessions are always fun. You will witness the change that your bosy is going through literally after every session that you do.
Interval trainings, such as tabata, are perfect for sculping the body. Flexibility training refers to any exercise method that helps the joints and tendons become more flexible over time. There are various ways to accomplish this, primarily through safe stretching exercises. We offer different trainings such as Yoga, Pilates, and pre and post exercise stretching. Those who are injured may also go through this type of training to regain use of certain muscle groups. Our trainers have great knowledge about human anatomy and training for increasing mobility and overcoming an injury or pain in your joints, back or spine it is crucial to strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility that will enable pain free movement.

Swimming Lessons & Aqua - Aerobic

Swimming and Aqua Aerobics is one of the best ways to keep fit as when you swim you use many of the muscles in your body with very little stress on your joints. Our trainers will make your aqua fitness interesting by using different equipment and new fun exercises. Aqua Aerobics its a great way of implementing cardio and strength training in your training. Moving your body through the water creates a resistance that will activate all muscle groups and gives you amazing toning exercises. Your will tone and shape while having fun in the swimming pool.

Pre & Post Natal

You have a new member in your household. As all new moms you probably have many more important things to deal with then to go to the gym. But remember the time after birth is a time in which the mother's body returns to a non-pregnant state. So, if you are planning to fit back to your skinny jeans, its better to start now! Research has demonstrated that pregnant and postpartum women who exercise at a mild to moderate intensity at least three times per week experience increased cardiovascular fitness, improved well-being and a quicker return to prepregnancy weight compared with their nonexercising counterparts. An all resistance training using dumbbells, bands, stability balls, and the barbell to build strength and tone and sculpt the muscles.

This workout is designed to shape and Tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. Our Aerobics trainings are a modern form of total body exercise and it's a motivating form of exercise that is social and fun. Step Kickboxing

This training is a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. It is one of the most popular fitness trends to keep you fit! Kickboxing trainings can be a great alternative for people who have become bored with weight room cardiovascular activities, such as brisk walking or jogging on a treadmill.
